Recently I got a new job and it has not been the best. Something happened some time ago and I want to see if what happened is my boss being crazy or I legitimately did something wrong. So at the job site we have to park in the back so their is not a lot of traffic up front, also my boss emails me the time I should be clocking in and clocking out (As well as times that I might be on call or if I need to pull a shift for an employee). Now one day I got to work about five minutes early and parked in the same spot I have parked in for the past 5 days. I go to clock in when my boss starts yelling at me that 1. I am not suppose to park in the employee parking area. 2. Instead of clocking into work thru a time sheet I need to calculate the amount of time I am at work and text message my boss how long I have worked that week. and 3. when the boss schedules the days I will work, I need to email my boss the days I am scheduled to work so he knows what days he has me scheduled to work. Am I an idiot for being confused by this or is by boss making no sense?
